Landscape lighting is an investment. Treat it like one.
Trees grow. Mulch gets replaced. Sprinklers hit fixtures. Bulbs eventually dim. A lighting system that looks great on install day can drift if nobody adjusts it. The K Legacy Longevity Plan keeps it looking the way it did the night we turned it on.
We visit on a recurring schedule, walk the system after dark, re-aim fixtures, replace any lights that have dimmed or failed, clean lenses, tighten connections, and check transformer load. You receive a short written report of what we did and what we recommend going forward.

Night walk-through
We walk the whole system after dark and note anything that needs attention.
Fixture re-aim
Trees grow. We re-aim uplights and downlights so the light still lands where it should.
LED replacement
Any dim or failed LEDs replaced during the visit.
Lens & fixture cleaning
Clean lenses and remove debris that dulls output.
Connection & transformer check
Tighten connections, check load, and verify timer settings.
Written report
A short write-up of what we did and anything you should plan for going forward.

- What is the K Legacy Longevity Plan?
- It's our maintenance program for landscape and architectural lighting. We visit on a recurring schedule to re-aim, replace, clean, and check the whole system.
- Do I have to be a K Legacy install customer to enroll?
- No. We enroll systems installed by other companies after we complete a tune-up to bring the system up to a maintainable baseline.
- How much does the Longevity Plan cost?
- It depends on system size and fixture count. We provide a proposal after seeing the system.
- Does the plan cover repairs?
- It covers routine wear items such as LED replacement, cleaning, re-aiming, and minor tightening. Larger repairs like buried wire faults or transformer failures are quoted separately.
- How often do you come out?
- It depends on the property. Larger properties or systems with extensive tree uplighting sometimes benefit from more frequent visits.
